note2it is a note-taking service with AI assistance, usable individually or shared across an organization. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@vtorchia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to you and to the organization members you choose to share it with, and to operate AI features on your behalf.
AI features
AI-generated summaries, transcriptions, and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI output before relying on it for decisions. Do not paste secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts unless your organization has authorized that use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass security controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the agreement you accept on signup.
