# Meeting follow-up

Use this skill in AI chat on a page that holds meeting notes or a transcript, to turn it into a follow-up you can send and tasks you can track. In note2it, flag this page as a skill (Share menu → Skill → AI chat), then type / in AI chat on the meeting page and pick it.

## When to use

- Right after a meeting, while the notes are fresh.
- On an AI meeting-notes block once the transcript is in.
- Before a status update, to recover what was agreed.

## Procedure

1. Read the whole page, including any transcript, before answering.
2. Separate what was decided from what was only discussed. A decision is something someone explicitly agreed to or committed to.
3. Find every action item. Keep the owner and the due date only when the notes state them; never guess a name or a date.
4. Collect the questions that were raised and left unanswered.
5. Write the follow-up in the language of the notes.

## Output

- Append a section titled "Decisions" with one bullet per decision.
- Add the action items as tasks, one per item, with owner and due date when stated.
- Append a section titled "Open questions" with one bullet per question.
- Append a section titled "Follow-up email" with a short draft (greeting, three to six sentences, sign-off) that a reader who missed the meeting could act on. Content only from the notes.
- Reply with one sentence confirming what was added.
