What's included on Standard
Everything. The same recorder, the same Whisper-powered transcription, the same structured notes, speaker labeling, and one-click insert into your page. Long recordings are chunked and stitched automatically, and retrying a failed transcription never costs you a second meeting.
Your remaining allowance is always visible in the sidebar's usage meter, next to your notebooks and storage.
How the 15 meetings work
A meeting is counted once, when it's first transcribed — however long it is and however many chunks it takes. Re-summarizing, editing the transcript, or labeling speakers on a meeting you've already transcribed doesn't use up anything.
When you've used your 15, your existing transcripts and notes stay fully yours and fully editable. Recording new meetings picks right back up on Premium or Pro, where AI Meeting Notes is unlimited.
Private by design, like everything else
Nothing about the privacy story changes: transcription and summarization run server-side, scoped to your account, and every action lands in the audit trail — never the content itself. We don't train models on your notes.
