For sales teams
Leave every discovery call with MEDDIC already filled in
Record the call and note2it writes the summary letter by letter, from Metrics to Champion. It marks what the call didn't cover and turns each gap into a question for the next call.
Free plan, no card. 15 AI meeting notes included.
The problem
The deal lives in six places. The CRM gets whatever you remember.
Notes everywhere
Half the call is in a notebook, half in an email to yourself, and the one number that matters is on the back of the agenda.
Fields filled from memory
On Friday you update the CRM from what you remember. The buyer's exact words about budget were gone by Wednesday.
Gaps found too late
Nobody asked who signs. You find out on the forecast call, when the deal slips a quarter.
How it works
From call to qualified deal in three steps
Record the call
Capture your mic and, if you want, the call audio from your computer, or upload a recording afterwards. Tell the prospect you're recording and get their consent where the law requires it; note2it asks you to confirm before every recording.
Get a MEDDIC summary
Pick the Sales call (MEDDIC) summary style. The transcript becomes a summary under six letters. Letters the call didn't touch are marked as not covered, and "Questions for the next call" arrive as checkboxes, each one a task in My Tasks.
Keep the deal on one page
Create the deal from the MEDDIC deal template and link the call to it. Name the economic buyer and the champion as [[links]] to their contact pages. Decision-process steps are checkboxes too: give each one a date in My Tasks (or, on Premium and Pro, ask the page AI chat to add them with dates), and note2it emails you a reminder, and again if a step goes overdue.
Letter by letter
What note2it does with each letter
MEDDIC is a sales qualification methodology: six things you need to know before a deal is real. Here is where each one lands in note2it.
Metrics
The summary gathers the numbers the buyer said out loud (targets, costs, deadlines) under Metrics. On the deal page they sit next to the deal value and the target close date.
Economic buyer
Name the economic buyer on the deal page as a [[link]] to their contact page and tag the contact #economic-buyer. If the call never got there, the summary says so.
Decision criteria
Criteria the buyer mentioned are listed under their letter, often in their own words. On the deal page they become a checklist you tick as you prove each one.
Decision process
Every step between today and a signature is a checkbox, and every checkbox is a task in My Tasks. Give a step a date and note2it sends a reminder, plus an overdue email if it slips.
Identify pain
The summary records the pain the way the buyer described it. The full transcript stays on the same page for when you need their exact words in a proposal.
Champion
Tag your champion #champion and filter search by that tag to list every champion in your pipeline. Open a contact's graph to see every deal that links to them.
Letters the call didn't cover are marked, not guessed. The gap shows up before the forecast meeting instead of during it.
Free template kit
Start with the MEDDIC template kit
Four Markdown files that turn note2it into a MEDDIC workspace. Keep them in one notebook, such as Pipeline, so deal, call and contact pages can link to each other: links connect pages within a notebook.
MEDDIC deal
One page per opportunity: all six letters, stage, deal value, target close date and next steps.

To install
Open a section's menu, choose Import files and pick the four files. Then open the page menu on the deal, discovery call and contact pages and switch on Use as a template. New page now offers them as short forms.
Checkboxes on a template page never become tasks. Only the pages you create from it do.
Ask across the pipeline
Ask your AI about every deal at once
On Premium and Pro, connect Claude or ChatGPT to your notes and ask questions that span every deal, call and contact page.
You choose what the assistant may do, you can revoke its access in one click, and every action it takes is recorded in your audit trail.
Connect your assistant- Which deals have no confirmed economic buyer?
- Which champions haven't we tested yet?
- Summarize the pain across every deal in Proposal.
Questions sales teams ask
Does note2it sync with my CRM?
No. note2it has no CRM integration, and nothing syncs automatically. Your notes stay in note2it. You can export any page, section or notebook as Markdown, or copy the MEDDIC summary into your CRM record yourself.
Are my call notes private?
Your notes are isolated to your account and never used to train AI models. Call audio goes to our transcription provider for processing only, and the audit trail records that a change happened, never what your notes say.
How we handle your dataWhich plan do I need?
Each rep uses their own account. The free Standard plan includes one notebook and 15 AI meeting notes, enough to run the kit on real calls. Premium adds unlimited notebooks and AI meeting notes, page AI chat and AI assistant connections. Pro adds read-only notebook sharing, for example to walk your manager through a deal. There is no shared team workspace.
Compare plansIs note2it an official MEDDIC tool?
No. MEDDIC is a sales qualification methodology, and note2it is a note-taking app that organizes your call notes around it. We are not affiliated with its creators or with any MEDDIC training program.
