Simple pricing — and how to add storage

What each plan costs, how to upgrade in a couple of clicks, and how to add storage the moment you need it.

Pricing should be the easy part. note2it has three plans — a free Standard tier and two paid plans you can start, change, or cancel yourself in seconds.

Here's exactly what each costs, and how to add more storage as your library grows.

What each plan costs

Standard is free forever — perfect for getting started. Premium is $7.99/month and Pro is $19.99/month. Prefer to pay yearly? You get two months free — a ~17% saving: Premium $79.99, Pro $199.99.

Premium unlocks unlimited notebooks, unlimited AI Meeting Notes (Standard includes your first 15 meetings free), and connecting AI assistants like Claude. Pro adds notebook sharing and the largest limits. The pricing page lays out exactly what's in each.

Upgrade in a couple of clicks

When you're ready, open Settings → Plan (or tap Upgrade in the sidebar) and choose a plan and billing period. Checkout runs on Stripe's secure, hosted page — your card details never touch our servers.

Changed your mind? Manage or cancel anytime from the same place: the billing portal lets you switch plans, update your card, or cancel in a click.

Need more storage? Add it

Every paid plan comes with room to grow — 5 GB on Premium, 50 GB on Pro. When you need more, you don't have to jump to a bigger plan.

Premium and Pro members can add storage from Settings → Plan: +50 GB, +250 GB, or +1 TB. Add-ons are billed monthly, applied instantly, and stack right on top of your plan's storage. Remove one anytime and your limit adjusts.

Private and audit-ready, like everything else

Billing follows the same principles as the rest of note2it. Payments run through Stripe's hosted checkout, so we never see or store your card details. Plan and storage changes are recorded in the audit trail — ids and amounts only, never your notes.

Start free, upgrade when it's worth it, and add storage the moment you need it. See the pricing page for the full breakdown, or open Settings → Plan to choose your plan.
